S'mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 4 sheets of graham cracker
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  • Step 2

    Cut cookie dough into four equal pieces.

  • Step 3

    Cut graham cracker sheets into eight equal pieces.

  • Step 4

    Place desired amount of chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker on each piece of cookie dough.

  • Step 5

    Wrap cookie dough around s’mores toppings, so that no toppings show.

  • Step 6

    Place cookies on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.

  • Step 7

    Bake cookies in the oven for approximately 12 minutes. Enjoy.

Mini S'mores Dip

  • 1/2 cup jumbo marshmallows

    Preheat oven to broil on high.

  • Step 2

    Fill two ramekins (or oven-safe bowls) halfway with hot fudge.

  • Step 3

    Top hot fudge with the desired amount of jumbo marshmallows.

  • Step 4

    Place ramekins in oven for approximately one minute to toast the marshmallows.

    #SpoonTip: Be careful because marshmallows burn easily.

  • Step 5

    Cut graham cracker sheets into four equal pieces each.

  • Step 6

Grilled S'mores Sandwich

    Place a greased (or nonstick) skillet on the stove on medium-high heat.

  • Step 2

    Spread a desired amount of hot fudge and marshmallow creme over each slice of bread.

  • Step 3

    Place slices on top of each other, cleaning any spillage from the sides.

    Cook the sandwich on the skillet for approximately four minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

    Top with crushed graham cracker and toasted marshmallow, if desired.

    Spread a desired amount of hot fudge over the tortilla.

  • Step 3

    Top tortilla with mini marshmallows.

  • Step 4

    Wrap tortilla like a burrito.

    Top burrito with crushed graham cracker, if desired.

S'mores Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup jumbo marshmallows

    Pour hot chocolate mix into a desired mug or cup, and mix with hot water.

  • Step 3

    Place jumbo marshmallows on a greased baking sheet.

    Put marshmallows in the oven for approximately one minute to toast.

  • Step 5

    Top hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows.

  • Step 6

    Drizzle top with chocolate syrup and add crushed graham cracker, if desired.
